What will I learn?
The Mountaineer Course provides a focused 8-10 week programme to get ready for high mountain goals with proper body conditioning, strength building, and rest methods. You will learn to choose and pack suitable equipment, check routes and dangers, arrange movements and talks, and use key rope, rescue, and technical abilities to climb well, handle risks, and act surely in tough mountain areas.
