This short Fitness Course shows you how to make safe and good 6-week plans for adults who are not fit, using methods that are proven. Learn proper warm-ups, planning for strength and heart exercises, checking movements, and knowing about clients. Gain skills in training backs without pain, changing behaviours, and following progress so you can run quick 60-minute sessions that build strength, energy, and sticking to it long-term.
