What will I learn?
The Wilderness Training Course provides a straightforward, hands-on approach to ready adults for tough backpacking and mountain walks. You will learn how to profile clients, check risks and health, do basic fitness tests, and fit backpacks properly. Create 8-week plans backed by evidence, including sessions for strength, stamina, balance, movement, and recovery, along with ways to progress, adjust for injuries, and handle safety, food, and water needs to make sure trekkers are ready and confident.
