What will I learn?
This training equips you with essential skills to help passengers with reduced mobility in a safe and assured manner. You will master health checks and emergency procedures, communicating effectively with passengers who have limited English or are blind, proper wheelchair handling and transfers, managing guide dogs, record-keeping, and working with airlines, security, and medical staff to ensure smooth, rule-following, and respectful travel experiences.
