The French Food Course teaches you hands-on skills ready for serving, to plan and prepare a proper French bistro menu. You learn about local food bases, main words, old cooking ways, and good kitchen setup. You build full three-part menus, improve serving under rush, handle serving pace, and use customer views to better food, drinks match, and whole eating time fast and sure.
