What will I learn?
The Brazilian Food Course gives a short, practical way to learn local tastes, main items like manioc, dendê oil, black beans, fish from the sea, and fruits from the tropics, and key methods from moqueca and feijoada to churrasco and brigadeiro. You will learn to write simple recipes, make good changes, get things in season, and plan menus well for a proper one-time Brazilian meal with good cultural background.
