What will I learn?

This Culinary Course gives practical training to improve knife skills, learn butchery, and prepare food quickly for good service. You will study main cooking ways, stocks, sauces, and how to build flavours for bistro dishes, plus food safety, temperatures, and handling allergens. You will get better at organising the kitchen line, timing, plating, menu words, and portion control to make things consistent, fast, and satisfying for guests.
