The Toolmaker Course teaches practical skills to design, machine, and assemble precise clamping tools for small parts. You will learn grinding, milling, turning, drilling, and accurate setup on manual and basic CNC machines. It covers mechanisms, kinematics, materials, heat treatment, and surface finishes, then focuses on inspection, tolerancing, ergonomics, and safety to deliver reliable, repeatable workholding solutions quickly.
