What will I learn?
The Archaeologist Course provides a practical way to learn survey, digging, and lab work for actual projects. You will learn to plan corridor surveys, use GNSS, GPR, and STPs, record sites, handle discoveries, and do dating, ceramic, stone tool, animal bone, and soil studies. You will also practice GIS mapping, writing reports, and sharing with communities, focused on river valley areas in the American Midwest.
