What will I learn?
The Soil Analysis Course teaches you how to create good sampling plans, understand lab reports, and use soil test results to make clear 3–5 year action plans for maize–soybean farming. You will learn to read pH, P, K, micronutrients, organic matter, CEC, and salinity levels, then develop programmes for fertiliser, lime, cover crops, and managing farm traffic to increase steady yields, keep soil healthy, and make farming decisions that are profitable and follow rules.
Elevify advantages
Develop skills
- Build soil sampling plans: design zones, depths, timing for 150 ha farms.
- Interpret soil lab reports: turn pH, P, K, and CEC data into clear actions.
- Create 3–5 year nutrient plans: N-P-K, lime, micronutrients, and amendments.
- Diagnose yield limits: link soil tests to compaction, salinity, and nutrient stress.
- Monitor results: track key indicators and refine fertiliser and lime strategies.
