What will I learn?

PRM Training teaches practical ways to help wheelchair users, blind or low-vision folks, and travellers with low energy on platforms and trains. You learn to assess risks, use ramps, guide safely, communicate well, de-escalate issues, follow laws, document properly, and team up with colleagues for confident, rule-following, respectful help daily.
