What will I learn?
This course covers roasting chemistry—Maillard reaction, caramelisation, pyrolysis—and teaches production methods that keep cup quality. You will learn to read and adjust roast curves and design espresso and filter profiles. Sensory training includes SCA cupping, triangle tests, and flavour‑wheel work to sharpen palate.
