What will I learn?

This course offers a hands-on, quick-paced look at today's voice systems, covering PSTN, TDM PBXs, VoIP, SIP, and RTP. You will learn to create dialplans, call flows, and numbering schemes, plan shifts to new systems, manage analogue gear, and link up IP or cloud PBXs. It also tackles QoS, security, backup plans, E911 services, and practical tests to help you set up solid, top-notch calling setups with full confidence.
