What will I learn?
You will gain a thorough understanding of the ESRS standards architecture, including both cross-cutting and topical standards across environmental, social, and governance topics. You will learn how to conduct a double materiality assessment, design data collection workflows, and map disclosure requirements to specific data points across business functions. The course covers governance and strategy integration, transition plan development, and how to structure and draft a complete CSRD sustainability statement. You will also prepare for limited assurance engagements and understand what auditors examine. Finally, you will build the programme management skills needed to coordinate a cross-functional CSRD implementation from gap assessment through submission.
