You'll learn the rules, meet procedures, and periodisation methods, then use pre-designed weekly plans for hypertrophy, strength building, and peaking phases. Gain expertise in attempt selection, tapering, technique exercises, injury avoidance, and recovery techniques to programme with assurance and achieve higher totals during competitions.
