What Will I Learn?

This course teaches designing evidence-based health prevention programs to reduce cardiometabolic risks in working adults aged 30–55, covering epidemiology, risk factors, social determinants, practical sessions on nutrition, physical activity, stress, screening, SMART goals, behaviour change theories, low-cost planning, community engagement, and outcome evaluation using simple data tools.
