What Will I Learn?
The Archaeologist Course provides a focused, hands-on approach to mastering survey, excavation, and laboratory skills for actual projects. Learn to plan corridor surveys, utilise GNSS, GPR, and STPs, record contexts, handle finds, and perform dating, ceramic, lithic, faunal, and soil analyses. You will also practise GIS-based interpretation, technical reporting, and public engagement adapted to sites in the American Midwest river valleys.
