What will I learn?
This course teaches designing safe, low-impact pool sessions for pregnant women, customised by trimester. You will learn warm-up and cool-down routines, intensity monitoring using RPE and heart rate, and key aquatic safety principles. Develop skills to create 45–60 minute workouts, plan weekly programmes, adapt exercises as pregnancy advances, and recognise when to modify, pause, or consult medical professionals for assured, comfortable training.
