The Learning to be Approachable Course provides practical tools to foster trust, emotional safety, and open dialogue in any team. You'll practise active listening, empathy, and Nonviolent Communication, learn specific behaviours and microhabits that signal openness, design inclusive one-on-ones and meetings, and create a straightforward 12-week plan to maintain a healthy, feedback-rich culture with measurable outcomes.
