What will I learn?

This course provides hands-on skills for managing ready-to-eat produce from receipt through to packing. Key topics include GMPs, HACCP fundamentals, hygiene practices, cross-contamination prevention, and cold chain management. Participants will master inspecting raw materials, washing, cutting, drying, mixing, packing, sanitation, metal detection, and delivering simple training for line workers to ensure ongoing safety, quality, and compliance.
