What will I learn?
This course provides practical skills for designing and operating tooling to produce reliable 2.0 mm 304 stainless steel brackets. You'll learn bracket geometry and tolerances, forming methods and die sets, springback control, drill jigs, bushings, feeds, speeds, wear management, heat treatment, coatings, inspection, and risk control for low-defect production.
Elevify advantages
Develop skills
- Precision drilling in 304 stainless steel: set feeds, speeds, and coolant for clean holes.
- Jig and fixture design: clamp, locate, and bush parts for repeatable drilling.
- Forming die setup: select clearances, radii, and steels for 2.0 mm 304 stainless steel.
- Bracket specification: define geometry, GD&T, and hole layout for production.
- Process control and inspection: plan workflow, gauging, and wear checks to reduce scrap.
