The Track and Field Course provides a straightforward, practical approach to planning a 12-week macrocycle, creating effective weekly microcycles, and developing safe, high-impact training sessions for athletes aged 16–18. You will learn about preventing injuries, managing training loads, using testing and monitoring tools, event-specific drills, and easy recovery, nutrition, and communication strategies that you can implement right away to boost performance.
