What will I learn?
This course teaches how to create safe, low-impact swimming sessions in the pool, customised for each trimester of pregnancy. You will master warm-up and cool-down exercises, ways to monitor exercise intensity, and key aquatic safety principles. Learn to structure 45–60 minute workouts, develop weekly training schedules, modify exercises as pregnancy advances, and recognise when to adjust, stop, or consult a doctor for assured, comfortable sessions.
