What will I learn?
The Mountaineer Course provides a targeted 8–10 week programme to get ready for high-alpine goals with organised conditioning, strength building, and recovery methods. You will learn to choose and pack the proper gear, assess routes and dangers, organise movement and communication, and use key rope, rescue, and technical techniques so you can climb smoothly, handle risks, and react boldly in tough alpine areas.
