What will I learn?

This Blasting Techniques Training equips you with hands-on skills to plan and carry out safe, effective bench blasts using bulk ANFO explosives. You will study explosive characteristics, charge calculations, burden and spacing patterns, selecting hole sizes and depths, plus non-electric timing systems. Gain expertise in managing vibration, airblast, and flyrock risks, using rock data for better fragmentation, and sticking to protocols for planning, team communication, emergencies, and legal standards.
