What will I learn?
This targeted course equips you with hands-on skills to evaluate and manage pelvic floor disorders, such as mixed urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, constipation, and painful intercourse. You will study the anatomy, carry out internal and external checks, develop PFMT schedules, perform manual therapy, use biofeedback, NMES, and behavioural training. Create 12-week rehabilitation programmes, monitor results, and confidently use latest evidence and guidelines in your everyday work.
