What will I learn?
This Flexibility Training Course provides you with clear, evidence-based tools to safely boost mobility for adults who sit down too much. You will learn important body parts, how stretching works, and things to avoid, then use static, dynamic, ballistic, PNF, and myofascial methods together with breathing exercises and calming the nervous system. Create proper checks, plan 6-week programmes, follow progress, and run quick 30–45 minute sessions that clients can feel and measure.
