You will learn recipe creation, gravity and IBU computations, choosing hops and yeast, water modifications, and tight control on brew day. Gain mastery in cleaning, CIP processes, quality inspections, avoiding contamination, problem-solving, and ways to scale up so each batch hits exact technical and taste goals.
