What will I learn?
This Beer Making Course teaches you how to brew consistent 1-gallon batches in a small kitchen setup, from selecting easy starter styles and yeast to handling fermentation with basic temperature management. You'll pick up key tools, cleaning and sanitising methods, planning your brew day, creating recipes, working out gravity and IBU figures, safe bottling and carbonation, along with easy quality tests and ways to better each batch.
