You will learn how to create menus for canapés and finger foods, plan drinks and bar setups, do proper costing and pricing, manage staff and service flow, plus guest-centred event ideas. Gain expertise in food safety, risk control, client pitches, and event reviews to ensure smooth operations and better earnings.
