What will I learn?
The Analog Design Course provides a focused path from specifications to validated silicon. You will learn to convert system requirements into front-end metrics, size components, and handle noise, gain, bandwidth, and linearity for a 12-bit SAR chain. You will practise robust simulation, PVT and Monte Carlo analysis, and laboratory validation, using checklists, documentation, and test plans that ensure reliable and repeatable design results.

Develop skills
- Analog front-end specifications: quickly convert system-level ADC targets into block requirements.
- Noise and linearity tuning: allocate, simulate, and verify THD, INL/DNL for 12-bit SAR.
- Simulation workflow: create AC, transient, noise, and Monte Carlo testbenches that succeed.
- Sensor-to-ADC architecture: design low-noise differential chains to 1.2 V SAR inputs.
- Silicon validation plan: define tests, trims, and laboratory setups for robust analog sign-off.
