What will I learn?
The Archaeologist Course provides a focused, hands-on approach to mastering survey, excavation, and laboratory skills for practical projects. You will learn to plan corridor surveys, utilise GNSS, GPR, and STPs, record contexts, handle finds, and conduct dating, ceramic, lithic, faunal, and soil analyses. Additionally, you will engage in GIS-based interpretation, technical reporting, and public engagement adapted to sites in the American Midwest river valleys.
