The Track and Field Course provides a straightforward, hands-on approach to planning a 12-week overall cycle, creating useful weekly plans, and developing safe, effective training sessions for athletes aged 16–18. You'll gain knowledge on preventing injuries, managing training loads, using assessment and tracking methods, event-specific exercises, and basic strategies for recovery, nutrition, and communication that you can use right away to improve results.
