What will I learn?
This Self-defence Training Course provides a straightforward, hands-on approach to developing practical safety skills quickly. You'll learn to organise secure training sessions, instruct basic techniques to escape from grabs, shoves, and being pinned against a wall, cover essential striking moves and getting up from the ground, and plan programmes lasting 4 to 8 weeks. Additionally, you'll acquire coaching methods sensitive to trauma, ways to make sessions suitable for everyone, and straightforward ways to evaluate progress and plan ahead.
