What will I learn?
The Mountaineer Course provides a focused 8–10 week programme to get ready for high-alpine goals with structured fitness, strength, and recovery methods. You will learn to choose and pack the proper equipment, assess routes and dangers, organise movement and communication, and use key rope, rescue, and technical techniques to climb effectively, handle risks, and react with assurance in tough alpine areas.
