What will I learn?
This course offers a practical overview of B- and T-cell functions, antibody structures, and antigen presentation, linking them to primary immunodeficiencies and recurrent infections. You will learn to choose and analyse key tests like flow cytometry, immunoglobulin levels, functional assays, and genetic studies, then use this to inform vaccination strategies, immunoglobulin therapy, infection control, and ongoing team-based patient management.
