What will I learn?
Chef Course is a short, hands-on training that teaches you how to manage a safe and efficient kitchen from preparation to service. You'll learn about food safety, sanitation, preventing cross-contamination, proper storage techniques, and personal hygiene. Then, you'll gain skills in mise en place, setting up the line, timing orders, and designing bistro menus. Finally, you'll acquire troubleshooting methods to deal with busy periods, shortages, and customer concerns with assurance and reliability.
