You'll gain knowledge on exact harvest goals, receiving and pressing methods, clarifying the must, planning fermentation, deciding on malolactic processes, managing lees, stabilising the wine, controlling bottling, and preventing risks, ensuring you can reliably produce top-quality, long-lasting wines with excellent sensory qualities.
