What will I learn?
This Kaizen Training course teaches how to organise and lead targeted 3-5 day improvement workshops that reduce defects, waste, and delays in production lines. Participants learn to chart existing processes, define issues clearly, gather and compare data, establish SMART goals, and use root cause methods such as 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams, FMEA, and Pareto analysis. Develop effective solutions, standard procedures, visual management tools, and performance indicators to maintain improvements and foster a culture of ongoing enhancement in daily operations.
