What will I learn?
The Mountaineer Course provides a targeted 8–10 week program to get ready for high-alpine challenges using organized fitness, strength building, and recovery methods. You will learn how to choose and pack proper equipment, assess routes and dangers, organize movement and communication, and use key rope, rescue, and technical techniques to climb smoothly, handle risks, and react assuredly in tough alpine areas.
