This course provides hands-on skills for planning and running successful standing cocktail events. You will learn to design menus for canapés and finger foods, plan beverages and bars, calculate costs and prices accurately, manage staffing and service flow, and create guest-centered event ideas. Gain expertise in food safety, risk control, client proposals, and event reviews to ensure smooth operations and increased profits.
