What will I learn?

The CNC Operator Course provides practical skills to operate CNC lathes and mills confidently. You will learn safe setup, workholding, fixturing, and stock preparation, then advance to tooling selection, offsets, and in-process inspection. The course also covers G-code fundamentals, speeds and feeds for AISI 1045 steel, tool life management, and troubleshooting to enhance accuracy, minimize scrap, and increase productivity on actual production parts.
