What will I learn?
The Aluminum Casting Course provides a quick, hands-on way to make strong aluminum brackets using green sand. You will learn about pattern setup, how to split the mold, and making cores, then figure out the pouring channels, feeders, and which alloy to use for good solidification. You will also learn safe ways to melt and pour the metal, how to avoid mistakes, and how to finish, check, and approve the castings so they meet tough size and strength needs.
