What will I learn?
Fire Crew Chief Training equips firefighters to lead confidently in complex multi-storey fire incidents. Key focus areas include organising crews, deploying RIT/FAST teams, and executing coordinated search and rescue operations. Trainees learn to manage water supply, select hoses, control ventilation, and protect exposures, while integrating ICS principles, dynamic risk assessment, and interagency communication for safer, quicker, and more effective firefighting in high-demand scenarios.
