What will I learn?
This course provides a focused overview of neuronal and glial histology, hippocampal and cortical organisation, and stress-induced structural changes. You will learn optimised paraffin processing, staining, immunohistochemistry for neurons, glia, and myelin, plus microscopy, digital image analysis, stereology, and experimental design for reliable data.
