What will I learn?
This course delivers practical training for supporting stage 4 CKD, diabetes, and hypertension patients. You will learn safety counselling, simple dietary guidelines, label reading, behaviour change techniques, and evidence-based targets for protein, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, fluids, and carbohydrates. Develop skills to create realistic meal plans, interpret lab results, modify care plans, and recognise when to refer for dialysis using practical templates and scripts adapted for everyday use.
