What will I learn?

This course offers a practical look at B- and T-cell functions, antibody structures, and antigen presentation, linking them to primary immunodeficiencies and repeated infections. You'll learn to choose and analyse key tests like flow cytometry, immunoglobulin levels, functional assays, and genetic studies, then use this to plan vaccinations, immunoglobulin therapy, infection control, and ongoing team-based care.
