What will I learn?

The Oxy-Fuel Cutting Course provides quick, hands-on training to make clean, precise cuts on mild steel from 6–20 mm thick. You'll learn the basics of oxy-fuel cutting, how to choose the right tip, set gas pressures, adjust the flame, and handle the torch accurately for straight and bevel cuts. You'll also master planning before starting a job, safe startup and shutdown procedures, using personal protective equipment, ensuring good ventilation, preventing fires, as well as inspecting cuts, fixing problems, and reworking to maintain high quality and reduce defects.
