What will I learn?
The Learning to be Approachable Course provides practical tools to foster trust, emotional safety, and open communication in any team. Participants will engage in active listening, empathy, and Nonviolent Communication practices, discover specific behaviors and microhabits that promote openness, structure inclusive one-on-one sessions and meetings, and develop a straightforward 12-week plan to maintain a supportive, feedback-oriented culture with trackable outcomes.
