What will I learn?
This course covers the complete dressage training journey, starting with horse psychology, anatomy, and the six-element training scale, then advancing through rider position, working gaits, lateral movements, collection, and Grand Prix-level exercises including piaffe and passage. You will learn how to develop impulsion and throughness, execute flying changes and canter pirouettes, and prepare both horse and rider for competition. Supplementary modules cover saddle fit, equine nutrition, lunging techniques, sports psychology, and video-based biomechanics analysis. Every topic is grounded in classical principles and modern training science so you can make consistent, measurable progress at any level.
